About Your Stay
Q. How many guests can stay at the villa?
Up to 8 guests can stay at the villa (including children aged 4 and over).
Q. How do I check in?
ReVIERA Resort Villa offers self check-in.
Instructions for the check-in process will be sent in advance so you can check in smoothly without meeting anyone in person.
Q. What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM the following day.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.
If a pet is found to have been brought into the property, you may be asked to leave or charged an additional cleaning fee.
Q. Is smoking allowed inside the villa?
The entire property, including the terrace, is non-smoking (including e-cigarettes).
If smoking or cigarette butts are found inside the room, a ¥20,000 cleaning fee and additional damage charges may be applied.

Q. Is there parking available?
One parking space is available free of charge.
If you need parking for more than one vehicle, please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
Q. Is there a TV?
Yes. TVs are available in the living room and all bedrooms.
Q. Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.
Please refer to the house manual inside the villa for details.
Q. Are phone chargers available?
Yes. Chargers are provided on the side table next to each bed.
Lightning, Type-B, and Type-C connectors are available.

Q. Are the drinks in the refrigerator charged?
All drinks in the refrigerator, including alcoholic and soft drinks, are complimentary.
Please enjoy them freely during your stay.
Q. Are dishes and cooking utensils available?
Please see the Room Details page for more information.
Q. Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated.
However, the pool is filled with water throughout the year.
Q. How deep is the pool?
The pool depth is 1.2 m.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Q. What temperature does the sauna reach?
The sauna temperature can be set between 40°C and 110°C.
Due to sensor variations, the actual temperature may differ slightly from the set temperature.
We recommend setting the sauna to around 90°C for the best experience.
Q. Is a baby bed available?
Yes, a baby bed can be prepared upon request.
Please feel free to let us know in advance.
Q. Is laundry service available?
A washing machine and dryer are available on the first floor.
Guests are free to use them at no additional charge.
Other
Q. Can we use fireworks?
For safety reasons, fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Q. What should I do if I forget something at the villa?
As a general rule, we do not contact guests regarding lost items.
If you believe you have left something behind, please contact us through the reservation platform or the contact method you used when booking.
All lost items will be kept for one month from the date of your stay and will then be disposed of.
*Food, beverages, or other items that may pose hygiene concerns will be disposed of immediately.

Q. Can we have a BBQ?
We’re sorry, but BBQ facilities are not available at the villa.
